Most of us must have realized the proper meaning of Quarantine now but what about the women who are staying at home without complaining about their boredom, dreams, hangouts, walk, playing, socializing, etc., Surprised or shocked?
I will tell you, we are least bothered about knowing other's feelings and situations. We are much bothered of how to keep us entertained meanwhile this pandemic ends. Aren't we?
So, many homemakers or housewives spend their days in household work, nourishing family members, guarding the house. Maybe their quarantine doesn't have a reason like we do in this inevitable pandemic situation.
I feel soldiers, nurses, and policemen are the brave hearts who selflessly do what they do. Likewise, those helpless and selfless housewife are also soldiers, who guard the home, nurses the family, and protects them, happily and expects nothing in return. Which means, the women are as significant as the brave hearts who sacrifice their true self and surrenders to the norms of new environment post marriage.
At some crucial point, everyone learns the value of something, in this situation the world is facing. We need to take some time to learn the value of the women, who feel as bored as you do in these past few weeks.
In the current situation where we're in quarantine, waking up late, binge-watching Netflix, playing Video games, eating a variety of food, but what about the women? They used to cook, they are still cooking.
Mother earth is healing due to less pollution, when are we gonna let the mothers heal? Even now she is readily watching online tutorials and making extra dishes which we miss from the outside world, just to keep us happy,
Utterly shocked or pleasantly surprised for an opportunity to realize the lock-down of a housewife?
